Created with a blend of Manzanillo, Leccino, Frantoio and Barnea olives, hand-picked and pressed within six hours, this premium olive oil is packaged in the Yellingbo Cask, designed to prevent oxidation and early spoilage while maintaining freshness months longer than traditional glass bottle or tin packaging.

The first of its kind to be used for olive oil, the Yellingbo Cask is 100% airtight with an internal lining that prevents light and air from entering, ensuring the highest quality product available. The cask is completely recyclable, reducing waste and environmental impact by up to 95%.

Yellingbo was started by Jeremy and Howard Meltzer, a father and son team in Melbourne, Australia. The Meltzer family farm, Three Bridges Olive Grove, is located in the verdant Yarra Valley, a famous wine producing region with an ideal climate for cultivating olive trees.
