Bell Book & Candle’s garden, situated six floors above the restaurant, features 60 Aeroponic Tower Gardens TM that grow an abundance of produce exclusively for the restaurant below. The water filtration system is set on a timer, watering the towers for 3 minutes every 12 minutes. The system is also energy efficient, with only 12 minutes of energy being used each hour.
